- Please, send us a copy of your business license.
- Register on our e-shop www.zerodc.cz/en. Once we get an e-mail about your registration and check your business information, we will set you up as a merchant on our e-shop, and you will be able to see your wholesale prices after you log in.
- Please, make your orders by e-shop.
- Things you can not order from our e-shop by "clicking“, write in the notes. (custom measurements of your dog if needed, special colors, names of your dog for sewing, special wishes etc.)
- Price of transport depends on the weight of your packet and on the country of delivery. Once we get your order, we will send you the invoice for payment with shipping costs, final price and our bank details.
- Goods are paid in advance – by bank transfer/GoPay online payment, or by credit card. Please indicate your choice of payment method when ordering.
- There is no limit for your order.
- We offer a 10 % discount for all first time orders.
- We provide a discount of 10 % for all orders over 2000,- € without VAT
The final prices from our e-shop may vary with your sales prices downwards by a maximum of 5%, the price up is not bordered.
